I had an amazing experience at Bluebell Bridal. Ria truly listened to what I wanted, and suggested a dress that I wouldn't have thought of myself but ended up being absolutely perfect. Everyone who works there comes across so genuine and like they truly care. They work with the best designers and the store is absolutely beautiful. Bluebell was the first bridal store I went to, but after looking at a few different stores I realised they paled in comparison, both in service and quality. 10/10 recommend!

Bluebell bridal did alterations to my wedding dress very last minute and were fantastic to work with. They talked me through the pricing before I arrived, itemized the pricing, did the quote before I was pinned, and did such an amazing job. They listened and even made great small suggestions. I would highly recommend using them for alterations. Seriously worth it vs a previous experience I had had.

Thank you to Ria, Julie and the Bluebell team for making my dress-shopping experience such an easy, relaxing and fun experience. My dress was not part of the permanent salon collection so the team were incredibly helpful in organizing a loan dress from the designer to be sent down from Sydney for my appointment. Ria and all the salon staff were incredibly professional, patient, warm and friendly. The salon itself is beautiful and has a great range of dresses. Although I was set on a particular style of dress, Ria took the time to walk me through the different designs and options, and I was able to try on 6-7 dresses during the 1.5hr appointment. I was even able to return later in the day to retry my favourite dress on before committing to anything. I did not expect to find my dress at my first ever bridal consult, but the process was incredibly effortless and intuitive thanks to the Bluebell team. I am very excited to return to the salon for an accessories styling appointment.

Can’t recommend Bluebell, and particularly Shenali, more highly. The store has a fantastic range of dresses. The team are patient and supportive to explore the range and guide you towards your perfect dress, being as hands on or as hands off as you like. Shenali went above and beyond to understand and cater to my style. She didn’t give up even when I was unsure! Having been to many bridal stores, the experience at Bluebell stood miles above the rest.

I couldn’t recommend Bluebell bridal enough. I am so grateful for the warmth, attention and genuine care that I received from the entire team, especially Ria, throughout my entire dress shopping process. She understood my vision and helped it come to life so seamlessly. The team were all amazing and so understanding whilst we navigated a 2.5 year wedding postponement. Their gowns are always immaculate & regularly maintained, and the space is so inviting (something I didn’t know existed until coming here). Truly a wonderful experience. I had the most amazing experience with Bluebell Bridal from start to finish. I felt so comfortable from the very first consultation with Shenali who is so genuine and helped me find the perfect dress, to the final alterations appointment with Emily whose attention to detail is incredible. Bluebell Bridal went above and beyond when there was an unexpected setback due to my dress being made in Ukraine and were so considerate in finding a resolution. Would definitely recommend visiting here to find your perfect wedding gown!

Bluebell Bridal is amazing. I get anxious, and Ria was kind and understanding, and took her time with me. Since trying on dresses 8 months ago, I can tell you that there is nowhere else I would've wanted to go on my wedding dress journey with. Whereas other boutiques were pushy (and kept putting me in dresses that I did not feel comfortable in), it felt like Ria was an old friend and we were just playing dress-ups.
The service is impeccable. They clearly walk you through the contract, and also don't push their alterations service on you. I had a friend who purchased her dress from Bluebell and had her alterations done elsewhere. I elected to have my alterations done with Emily at Bluebell. And I am so thankful I did. Was it more expensive than taking it to the local shopping centre? Yes. But you are dealing with someone who knows their craft. I had surgery just prior to my dress arriving, and I was a bit sensitive around some swelling, and Emily factored everything in, so that my dress was not cutting in to surgery scars even added some additional boning to the dress so I felt more secure.
They are genuinely lovely and made the journey such a fabulous experience (even when I was feeling bleaugh). Thank you so much to the team, and especially to Ria and Emily. So happy to have had you in my corner 🙂

Highly recommend! I had an incredible initial appointment with the lovely Ria - and she helped turn this confused new mum into a stoked bride to be! We covered so much ground, but finally found the dress of my dreams and I couldn’t be more excited about it. Thank you team Bluebell!
