    BRIDAL APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

    We can only accommodate brides with a confirmed wedding date within 15 months. Appointments beyond this timeframe will be cancelled. This policy allows us to prioritize brides shopping within the ideal 10-12 month window for the best experience. Thank you for understanding!

    GOWN PRICING AND DELIVERY TIMES

    Our Made-to-order gowns: $4000 – $10,000 (most between $5,500 – $7,900) Production takes 8-10 months; rush fees may apply for orders under 5-6 months

Whether you’ve found your gown at Bluebell Bridal® or another boutique, we warmly invite you to book a personalised alterations appointment with us. Our expert team ensures every detail is perfected to bring your vision to life.

Appointments available: Tuesday to Friday

We also offer alterations for evening wear and bridesmaid dresses

Yes, Bluebell Bridal is by appointment only – sorry no walk-ins.

Finding the dress is a big moment, and we want to give you the full VIP treatment. Your personal stylist will be all yours during your appointment, ready to hype you up, answer all your questions, and help you find a gown that feels so you.

We suggest you start looking for your bridal  gown 10-12 months ahead of your wedding day.

Our designers offer different delivery times on gowns ordered. This timing will also ensure that you will have the option to choose from our full range of gowns available in our salon, and to allow sufficient time for alterations following delivery of your gown.

The style of your venue will have a strong influence on the type of gown you choose, so we recommend booking your venue prior to starting the search for your dream gown.

Bluebell Bridal Booking Fees

We’re all about giving you a luxe, personalised experience – and to lock in your spot, a booking fee applies (don’t worry, it goes towards your dream dress if you purchase within 6 months).

Weekday Styling – $50
A chill 2-hour sesh, (bring up to 3 guests) Tuesday–Friday. Perfect for brides who want time, space, and total main character energy.

Saturday Styling – $65
Weekend vibes with your crew (bring up to 3 guests). 2 hours to discover, style, and soak in the magic.

Need a second visit – $25?
Book a 1-hour additional appointment  if you’ve been in within the last 6 months. Try on faves, fine-tune the vibe lock in “the one”.

Alterations Appointments
A complimentary consultation to obtain a quote  is offered to brides who have purchased from Bluebell Bridal.
Brides who bought their gown elsewhere are also welcome to book an alterations appointment to obtain a quote and paying a fee that is deducted from alterations if you proceed.

Payment & Rescheduling

  • Booking fees are paid via PayPal at the time of booking to secure your exclusive styling session.
  • The fee cannot be transferred or used by a third party.
  • A minimum of 48 hours’ written notice is required to cancel an appointment and receive a refund of the booking fee. 
  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the booking fee is non-refundable.

We have samples in an Australian size 12. Salon sample gowns vary in size from designer to designer. Regrettably, it is not possible to stock all sizes for all gowns.

Please call us on 0419 388 049 as we are here to assist in any way we can.

We have a selection of gowns that you can purchase directly from our salon floor, we also have a selection of gown suppliers who can offer a “rush” or “priority” service speeding up the delivery of your gown. Please kindly note that rush fees apply.
